Delivery Zones & Free Shipping

Anne Beauty Shop ships exclusively within Croatia and the European Union. We take great care in packaging your products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our shipping costs depend on your location and order value.

FREE on orders over €70 • Standard rate: €5.00

🌍 Zone 1 (Neighbor Countries: Slovenia, Austria, Hungary, Italy)

⏱️ 3-7 business days

FREE on orders over €100 • Standard rate: €9.99

🇪🇺 Zone 2 (Rest of EU: Germany, Italy, France, Spain, etc.)

⏱️ 5-10 business days

FREE on orders over €200 • Standard rate: €14.99

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or Croatian public holidays are processed on the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that during sales periods or holidays, processing may take up to 48 hours.

Track Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment. For Croatian deliveries, we use HP Hrvatska pošta or GLS. For EU deliveries, we use DHL or DPD depending on your location. You can also track your order status in your account dashboard.

Returns Policy

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Croatian Consumer Protection Act (Zakon o zaštiti potrošača), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is your legal right and we fully respect it.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original sealed packaging
  • The 14-day return period begins from the day you receive your order
  • Opened cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons (in accordance with Article 79 of the Consumer Protection Act)
  • Products must be returned with all original accessories, samples, and promotional items that came with your order
  • You must contact us at info@annebeauty.shop to initiate the return process and receive return instructions
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or we made an error

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items (typically within 3-5 business days of receipt), we will process your refund. Refunds are issued within 14 days to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@annebeauty.shop. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs. If the package appears damaged upon arrival, please note this when signing for delivery or refuse the delivery.

Important Notes

We do not ship outside the European Union. Island deliveries (e.g., Spanish islands, Greek islands) may have longer delivery times and additional charges. All prices include VAT for Croatian customers. EU business customers with valid VAT numbers may be eligible for VAT exemption - see our VAT Exemption page for details.
